Tiger Woods takes out $54 million mortgage

After divorce with Elin Nordegren, the legendary golfer Tiger Woods tangled financial problems. He pawned his luxury home in Florida worth 54.5 million U.S. dollars.

TMZ managed to obtain legal documents from Marin County on August 27, or four days after the Tigers completed the divorce with Elin. In the document, Tiger lists his status as single.
